Josh Elleman - Owner of Elite/Elleman Strength & Conditioning

Season 4 Episode 14 is out with Josh Elleman. Josh is the owner of Elite/Elleman Strength & Conditioning based out of Cincinnati, OH. Josh specializes in overall baseball development in the Athletic Training and Strength & Conditioning

.

Before starting Elite/Elleman Strength & Conditioning, Josh worked in the Boston Red Sox minor system (Pawtucket Red Sox) as an assistant athletic trainer. After working in professional baseball, Josh went onto working with Beacon Orthopedics as an athletic trainer and also working with the prestigious Midland summer baseball program. Josh also spent time at Miami Ohio University working with Men’s baseball and Women’s tennis teams.

Josh and I go into detail about his overall process of taking an 8th grader into an elite athlete by their senior year of high school. This process is ultimately custom built but the overall progressions and adaptations are similar for most athletes.

Josh has a ton of knowledge about how to properly train an athlete coming from an Athletic Training background and also using this background to become a successful strength & conditioning coach to be the best of both worlds. Please join me in listening to Josh and all of the knowledge he has to offer!
