I personally have been interested in how coaches eval their athletes. Garrison and I go in-depth towards his over process evaluating an athlete and how it incorporates to their specific sport. Garrison talks about his overall opinion on biomechanics and how specifically they help and athlete.

Garrison has a wide knowledge of Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Biomechanics, Anatomy. Garrison truly is the future of overall player performance and is showing how people need to look at overall training and the detail that it truly takes.
