Episode 15 season 3 is out with Lennon Richards. Lennon is currently the Director of pitching at Baseball located in Toronto, Canada. Lennon is a well-known name in the pitching community due to his high knowledge in ProPlayAI which is a marker less biomechanical technology.

Lennon growing up was originally a primary catcher, who decided to change to a pitcher. Lennon decided to sit out the spring semester of his freshman year at college. This six-month stretch would lead to Lennon’s interest in player development. Lennon then decided he would drop out of college and start his career as a coach. Lennon currently has a blog that called richardbaseball.com, he shares his coaching journey and research he has done during his time a BDG.

Lennon talks about how BDG has become a very successful facility for training pitchers and athletes to become the best version of themselves. BDG has become a huge advocate of ProPlayAI from the beginning of its launch in 2020. This has allowed coaches to learn more of how the body works in motion during a pitching delivery. Lennon talks about how each player is not specific to each statistic show in ProPlayAI but explains how to go through an evaluation process of each athlete.

Lennon is one of the best analytic minds in pitching development currently and he has shown it through his blog. Incorporating technology, FRC, and S/C into pitching development to get the most out of his pitchers.
