Colton began his overall path to Oklahoma State University starting at Kansas University as an equipment manager. He eventually worked his way up to becoming the Director of Analytics and implemented technologies such as Rapsodo, TrackMan, BATS! & Edgertronic Cameras.

Colton spent the summer of 2021 working in the Appalachian League working as a Data and Video Intern. Colton furthered his overall knowledge of player development technologies and data throughout his internship.
