Nick Ruthsatz- Heart Over Height Hoops

In Episode 5 of Backtalk I step out of my sports comfort zone and speak to Nick Ruthsatz, the 23 year old entrepreneur and owner of Heart over Height Hoops Basketball Training (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky).

Nick was “the guy” of our senior class having led Covington Catholic High School as the "MVP" to a state championship. He earned a scholarship to college and graduated Findlay University last year. We talk about what it takes for a person of 5’ 9” to be so successful both on and off the field/court. I found it most impressive that Nick has been pursuing his business dreams from his high school years. His work ethic and hustle are setting him up for a very bright future.
