In the third episode of Bach Talk I have the privilege of talking to Trey Ganns. Trey is one of the few people talented enough to be a two-way player at the division one college level. He was drafted by the Boston Red Sox after and impressive career at Northern Kentucky University. We talk about what it’s like to be both a pitcher and a position player and the unique challenges and opportunities that come with that talent. Trey was hindered by injury last year and I get to talk to him about what he’s done to put himself in a position of being successful at independent league baseball with the Southern Illinois Miners. We talk a lot about what it takes to have a successful swing as well as all the workouts Trey uses to make sure he’s in the best physical condition possible for the next stage in his career. I hope you enjoy this episode is much is I did. Remember - Be Yourself
