Caleb Longley - Marv Training & University of Texas Hitting/Pitching Development

Season 4 Episode 8 is out with Caleb Longley. Caleb is the CEO of Marv Training and currently the coordinator of hitting and pitching development at the University of Texas. Before Texas, Caleb was the director of hitting analytics at Arizona State University. Caleb worked closely with all technologies such as Trackman, Yakkertech, Rapsodo, Synergy, and Baseball Cloud. All of these technologies would help to replicate opponents for practice plans and development strategies for individual players.

Caleb started MARV Training while training Quarterbacks for QB Takeover. Quarterback Takeover is one of the most elite quarterback training programs in the country. QB Takeover is “designed to give young athletes the mental toughness needed to lead a team, the skills necessary to execute and the mindset to make the right calls when the game is on the line” – QB Takeover. During this time Caleb worked with Power 5 QB’s to get ready for the upcoming draft.

Caleb started his career by founding and owning “High Intent Training” located in Nashville, TN. At High Intent, Caleb leaned to make custom programs and progress athletes at a high level. Caleb also learned how to run a business and progress his business his business as a whole

Caleb has a very interesting background working with many different athletes at a high level, while owning business along the way. Caleb has progressed at a crazy rate through the college rankings.
