Matt Renzi - Assistant Coach at St. Joseph College & Polish National Team Pitcher

Season 4 Episode 4 is out with Matt Rienzi. Matt is currently an assistant coach at St. Joseph College- Brooklyn, assistant coach for the Ocean State Waves (NECBL), and a sidearm pitcher for the Polish National Team.

Matt goes into detail about St. Joseph’s pitching program style including:

  • Preseason and off-season development process

  • Matt’s style of coaching

  • Evaluation of a pitcher at a smaller school (does this include technology and the overall process)

  • His coach to player interaction on the field

Matt has an interesting playing background including playing for the Polish national team and transitioning to a sidearm pitcher.
