Christian Sullivan- Director of Sports Performance at PRP (Passion Resilience Process)

Episode 4 Season 3 is out with Christian Sullivan. Christian is currently the Director of Sports Performance at PRP (Passion Resilience Process) location in Noblesville, Indiana.

PRP has become a leading facility in the Midwest for baseball development. PRP currently know for their summer college program which allows players to get the reps they need and not waste time during the summer sitting on the bench.

PRP assess and evaluates each and every player to get the most customized program they can achieve. PRP is also well known for their able to develop pitchers at a high level. They also have a great development program for position players that includes the use of technologies such as Rapsodo, Edgertronic and Blast Motion.

Christian graduated from Franklin College in Indiana (Division 3). Christian is very interesting because he graduated from college with a bachelors in Economics and had another career before working for PRP. Christian talks about his career change and how it was one of the best decisions of his life.

 Christian brings a role of “management stress and performance of all athlete”. He has a great understanding of functional anatomy and learning everyday how to convert that know to applied biomechanics into the future.
